Winshuttle License Agreement

Winshuttle is not responsible for the application of licensing in the third-party system and the customer is responsible for maintaining its licensing agreement with the third-party system or SAP associated with Foundation. 14 dishes. The provisions of Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15 and 16 of this licence agreement remain beyond its termination, regardless of its appearance. – FIN OF THE LICENCE ACCORD – Addendum: Winshuttle Technical Support and Maintenance Contract Overview This document contains the conditions of winshuttle Providing technical assistance and maintenance in relation to the assistance program. The support program is available to all licensees who are currently registered as subscribers. 1.

Winshuttle Software Updates and Upgrades provides each subscriber with any valid update or upgrade for the software for which the subscriber is currently licensed and currently registered in the support program that provides Winshuttle subscribers commercially for the duration of each subscriber`s subscription. 2. The renewal of the Winshuttle Subscription Assistance Program is not subject to a support or update requirement for subscribers at the end of each subscription, unless the subscriber decides to pay winshuttle for the renewal fee of the subscriber to the support program. Subscribers must renew the support program subscription before expiry, or Winshuttle has the right to reinstate 15 percent (15%) to raise. the subscription fee for the support program. 3. Technical Support 3.1 Support Hours Technical Assistance is available by phone and web directly to current subscribers regarding the software in the support program, as follows: Winshuttle Foundation offers two types of users of runners, professional and standard. Business users can update any number of records from each data source supported by The Foundation. Standard users can only update one set of data simultaneously from each data source supported in Foundation.

Solutions that include repeated web services or smart table features require a professional license.
